Archelaus, High Druid of the Alteriia people, views different characters in different ways.
For right now, here is a break-down of some of the more active players:
Aurora/Eris-Tam
Aurora is Archealu's Neiede, and as such, he has nothing but the greatest, purest, and amorous love for her. She is everything to him, and without her, he is nothing. He has realized this much more than he had only a few weeks previous, when he had been living for his people and the sacrifice she had made for him. He sees her as a highly intelligent, highly capable, and highly compassionate person. Archelaus's love for her though, goes beyond the Neiede into something he himself doesn't quite understand. Away form the places of mist and Rolxan, into places of sunshine and butterflies. These confusing, (And often conflicting) emotions floating through him have made him more distant as of late, though not toward Aurora.
Lord Robless
Archelaus is not quite sure what to think of his age-old enemy. He still burns with a fiery anger against him, as he is the one responsible for so many deaths, whether under his control or not. He was the reason he has been completely, totally, irreversibly alone for close to about 800 years. He was the reason trillions of Alteriia and members of its sister race wet the ground red, blue, and black with blood. He was the Harbinger of evil for centuries.
And now, suddenly, he is an ally. To be trusted.
Archelaus' personal thoughts and feelings collide with what his rational mind tell him.
In truth, the only thing that stopped the great Alteriia from crushing Robless without mercy was Aurora.
For now, he is friendly toward him, but extremely wary.
Lady Zyria
The Alteriia have enjoyed a peace with Lady Zyria's people, and extensive trading, for many years. This alone is enough to put Lady Zyria into a good light in Archelaus' eyes, other qualities aside. Nevertheless, Archelaus finds Lady Zyria's company to be comforting, due to her innate calming personality, her strange quirkiness, and of course her endless curiosity. This had formed an easy companionship between them, until politics forced their friendship apart. Despite the politics, Archelaus has always been a staunch supporter of Lady Zyria, whom he still sometimes calls "Lady Midnight", only half jokingly.
Strangely enough, Archelaus is slightly protective of Lady Zyria, despite his knowledge of her accomplishments and capabilities.
He is concerned for her emotional stability due the her new relationship with Caz, but Archelaus has been to busy himself to pay too much attention to her of late.
Lord Ebert
Initially the Alteriia fought great wars with Lord Ebert's people, back in the not-so-ancient days of Sub-atomoic liquifiers, freezerays, and fluffmites. However, as time drew on, thier people called peace on (As known by the Alteriia) "Drasda Krios" (Once Again Beginning). From that point onward, the once bitter and angry races drew together against foreign adversaries and formed a close alliance, that has beheld the test of time. For many years now, the Alteriia and Lord Ebert's people have backed each other in war, in peace, in times of prosperity, in times of rebellion... throughout it all.
As such, Archelaus has a deep respect for Lord Ebert's abilities as a leader, and has grown fond of him as the years pass on, until a very firm friendship was forged in the fires of Mars' interior, along the corridors of a passageway during a rebellion. The two leaders had to alone fight their way to allied territory, after a failed assassination attempt.
Lord Conver
Archelaus has little respect for Lord Conver's code of honor, as inflicting pain upon oneself is considered virtually a sin in Alteriia culture, but Archelaus respects Conver as a person.
However, there is the much more complicated issue of his relationship with Aurora, which is the real tension between these two leaders.
Because Aurora drew to him when Archelaus was not there, Archelaus feels as if he was not strong enough, like he was to weak for his Neiede, and sees Conver as the bandage Aurora put on her heart when he was not there for her, like he should have always been.
Then of course there is the jealous anger toward him, that has no real source other than his fierce protectiveness of Aurora to the ends of the universe. Archelaus does not see Lord Conver as someone Aurora should be with, despite his cunning, intelligence, bravery, and courage.
In the midst of this giant emotional collage, is Archelaus' thankfulness for protecting Aurora when he could not, for saving her when he did not know she was still alive, for being there for her, when he had condemned her to the Kran Til'mok.
Lord Conver is a confusing mixture of feelings to Archelaus.
Caz
Archelaus has not had much time to think about Caz, although he was intensely surprised to see another of his Neiede's race.
Archelaus acknowledges his importance to Aurora, and as such, he has not worried about Caz except for how he pertains to Aurora. Archelaus does however, feel slightly indebted to Caz after he had knocked him to the wall of the space ship on his way to Aurora.
Then there is the slight twinge of suspicion toward him, as Lady Zyria and Caz's relationship grows deeper, but it is merely a slight twinge.
Cassius
Archelaus has had barley enough time to register his existence as Aurora's sister. From before, he knew that Cassius was a highly dangerous man, skilled in assassination, weapons, intrigue, plots, and warfare in the service of Lord Robless; but this new aspect of him leaves Archealus at odds.
Toward Cassius, Archelaus feels little but surprise.
(OOC) Hahaha... all of this makes Archelaus sound like an emotional wreck, instead of a giant mystical warrior following and epic warrior code.
To be sure, Archelaus will be more stable in the future.
(IC)
Archelaus has had many a highly emotional trauma in the recent days, to be sure, but his careful mystical qualities as a leader will become more apparent as the trains of emotional power run their course.
